Where in India can you find pure blue oceans, unspoiled beaches, breathtaking woods, stunning corals, and ancient tribes? Of course, on the Andaman & Nicobar Islands

1. Beach Bumming

With beaches like Corbyn’s Cove, Elephant Island, and Long Island, soaking up the sun should be a top priority in the Andaman.  You can spend the entire day on any of the Andaman Islands’ beaches. They are so peaceful and lovely throughout the day that you won’t want to leave.2. Water Activities Things to Do in the Andaman Islands Water Activities

It’s a fantastic moment to pick up new talent.

2. Swimming, snorkeling,

scuba diving, banana boat rides, parasailing, underwater walking, jet skiing, and a variety of other activities are available. Every aquatic activity will undoubtedly increase your adrenaline rush to new heights. There are plenty of activities on Andaman’s beaches, including dolphin viewing, to keep your adventurous mode on!!

3. Havelock-Island-

It’s also the most visited island, and for good reason. The island is breathtakingly stunning and a calm place to rest, and it is home to one of Asia’s most magnificent beaches, Radhanagar Beach. The beach, also known as Beach No. 7, is quite calm, with only the sound of waves crashing on the coast. During most of the day, Elephant Beach on Havelock Island is a great place to go snorkeling. After Jolly Bouy Island in Port Blair, it is one of the most popular snorkeling spots.

4. Cellular Jail Activities in the Andamans.

Cellular-Jail, Then a dreadful name, now a historical landmark. The jail, which was formerly known as kaala paani (black water), was used by the British to hold political prisoners. V.D. Savarkar was the most prominent liberation fighter to be imprisoned here. It’s always fascinating to reflect on our pre-independence history, and this jail is one of the living reminders of that era’s existence. One may easily envision the extremes to which the inmates were subjected when they were imprisoned.

5. Coral Reefs

The marine life that may be discovered here is amazing. For the greatest views of the Andaman’s multicolored coral reefs, go to Jolly Buoy Island or Red Skin Island. Looking at something from the last glacial epoch, when melting ice caused sea levels to rise and flood the continental shelves, is always fascinating. Exploring the Earth’s geographical area is an entirely different journey. The islands are open to tourists for six months on each side.

6. Ross-Island-Hopping

During your trip, make sure to visit at least one of these islands. Half-day journeys to Havelock Island and Ross Island off the coast of Port Blair are both enjoyable. Wander through Neil Island’s beaches.

7. Museum Trail

Fossils of ancient reptiles are a big interest here. There are some wonderful museums in Port Blair. The Anthropological Museum depicts the four Negrioto tribes of Andamanese, Jarawas, Sentinels, and Onges, while the Samudrika Marine Museum showcases the islands’ biodiversity. It is maintained by the Indian navy in the Andaman province, and the Forest Museum on Chatham Island (linked to Port Blair by a road bridge) has a British-built sawmill.

8. Sea-Walking Andaman Islands

Another item to check off your bucket list!

The underwater stroll at North Bay Island and Havelock Island is one of the most popular attractions in Andaman. You put on a helmet that allows you to breathe normally, and you go on a walk  gives you a close encounter with corals and fish

9. Birdwatching-In-Andamans

The abundance of bird life provides numerous photo opportunities.

Chidiya Tapu, also known as Andaman’s Bird Island, is a lush place with forests, mangroves, and a plethora of bird species. The incessant chirping of birds throughout the day, birds of all colors, shapes, and sizes moving from tree to tree in search of food or simply relaxing. If you are a true nature lover, birding is one of the most fantastic things you can do while on vacation in the Andamans. Parakeets, drongos, doves, eagles, and a variety of other birds have made this island their home.

10. Trekking

You wouldn’t generally equate Andaman with trekking, but Madhuban (20 kilometers by ferry from Port Blair) is the ideal location. Madhuban is an adventurer’s paradise, with lush green woods, indigenous flora and fauna, and amazing natural beauty. The most common path is from Madhuban to Mount Harriet (the archipelago’s highest peak). The zig-zag paths, wooden bridges, and dense forest cover all around you demand your attention.
