Those involved in law enforcement, private security, emergency responders, and military personnel should be wearing Level IIIA soft body armor. It is considered soft armor because it does not cover the entire torso and limbs.

Level IIIA armor provides protection against most handgun rounds but can be used against rifle rounds, depending on the type of bullet. Level IIIA has extra coverage in vital areas such as the neck, groin, and side of the arm. This armor should fit snugly to your body to provide maximum ballistic protection. It is lightweight and offers full mobility while protecting you from projectiles that can be fatal at close range. Safeguarding the body is something that should never be taken for granted. Sometimes, your body can be a target for bullets and debris. If your body is without armor, you can lose limbs, eyes, spines, and more. The safety of others depends on you being alive to do the job you were put in this world.

Level IIIA armor will stop most projectiles from breaking your bones and penetrating your organs and other soft tissue.

Level IIIA Soft Body Armor is The Best Investment

  • Level IIIA armor will stop most rounds fired by handguns seen in law enforcement, private security, and the military.
  • Level IIIA soft body armor is flexible and lightweight, making it comfortable to wear.
  • It is put under rigorous testing before it reaches the market. It ensures that the armor protects you from projectiles like 9mm, .44 Magnum, .357 Magnum, and .45 ACP from pistols to rifle bullets like 7.62×39mm M80 Ball, 7.62×51mm M80 Ball, 7.62×54R API, 7.62×63mm M61 Ball, .30-06 M2 AP, .300 Win Mag, and .338 Lapua AP.
  • It is made with quality materials that can last a long time. It is constructed of ballistic nylon material that can withstand the impact of small rounds while still keeping you comfortable and safe while wearing it.
  • It is built with a high-quality liner that protects your internal organs and vital parts of your body. It is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), with a polypropylene core that gives it excellent resistance against shock and penetration.

Its durability, flexibility, and quality are unmatched in the industry. It can be used for years without showing signs of wear, tear, or aging.

  • And last but certainly not least, Level IIIA soft body armor is made in the USA, so it comes with the quality of a product made in the USA (as opposed to those imported from other countries).

What Does a Condor MOPC Gen II Package Do?

Condor Armor’s MOPC Gen II package gives you the following upgrades:

1. Level IIIA soft body armor that meets NIJ 0101.06 standard and is resistant to most rounds in use today, including all of the rounds mentioned above except .300 Winchester Magnum, .338 Lapua Mk 211, and 7.62×39mm M80 Ball (for rifles). They can also stop numerous rifle rounds from 7.62×54R (medium bore), .308/7.62×51mm NATO (.308 Winchester), and.338 Lapua Magnum.

2. A soft collar for greater comfort and mobility throughout the day. The harness secures the back, waist, and shoulders, while a Velcro closure keeps the collar in place. That allows you to sit straight while wearing it and bend on your knees without worrying that it will slip out of position.

3. The fast-tightening tabs at the sides allow you to adjust the armor to your body shape, keeping it in its proper position throughout the day. Pulling the tab up tightens it at the sides, and pressing it in makes it fit around your waist and chest.

4. Putting on the Level IIIA soft body armor is easy—just close or loosen a zipper with a Velcro tab at the top, put on your jacket, then pull up on opposite tabs and close again. It fits close to your shoulders and back but is designed to slide into the fit of your jacket without removing it.

5. The hip armor comes with a rigid plate under the harness to help protect the upper part of your legs from projectiles and a crush plate at the bottom for even more protection. A soft pouch helps protect the groin area and vital organs from shrapnel.

6. The 2 small pockets on the chest and back double as magazine pouches, allowing you to carry more bullets or other gear without taking your pack off.

7. The belt has a knife pocket on one side and a carabiner clip on the other for tethering the armor to your pack for greater ease of use.
