You can draw many more characters like house drawing, Anubis drawing, cat drawing, cobra drawing, blueberry drawing, coconut drawing and many more drawing for kids.

Step 1:

In this first step of our guide to drawing a hot dog, we’ll start with the outline of the bun and the sausage inside. These will be drawn with curved and rounded lines that all connect. We won’t add many lines inside for now; we’ll draw some details later. Once you have the lines identical to our reference image, you’re good to go!

Step 2:

We will finish the outline of the middle of the bun in the next part of your hot dog drawing. To do this, you will use more curved lines to connect the part of the arc closest to us. Although we’ll be adding details inside, we can still finish the inside of the arch here. Then, once you’ve drawn that part, you can add a few dots for additional texture detail. That’s all there is to this step, and now part 3!

Step 3:

For this third part of our guide on how to draw a hot dog, we’ll start with the sausage and the sauce that covers it. First, add a few lines to the end of the sausage for some textural detail. Next, we will start drawing sauce snaking over the hot dog. These sauce trails will be drawn with curved lines moving up the hot dog in a long winding path. For now, we’ll draw this trail of sauce that goes up about the middle of the hot dog.

Step 4:

We will continue with the sauce snaking through the hot dog for this step of your hot dog drawing. Extend the twist lines higher on the hot dog until you are near the top. This will only leave a small space for drawing; We’ll take care of that in the next step!

Step 5:

This step of our guide on drawing a hot dog will consist of finishing the last details before moving on to coloring. To do this, keep drawing the wavy lines of the sauce until the hot dog is gone. A few extra stitches and small details will finish the hot dog nicely! However, you can skip to the last step later. Before doing so, you can add details to give this design your touch. There are lots of ideas you could use to do this! You can draw your favorite ingredients on the hot dog or add more sauce!

Remember, this drawing is about creating your perfect hot dog, so add all your favorites. You can also draw a background to show what kind of environment this hot dog would enjoy! If you’re feeling more creative, you can also draw the types of other foods you’d like. What creative details will you use for this amazing design?

Step 6:

For the last step of our guide on drawing a hot dog, we’ll add some great colors! Our reference picture delivers you only one way to decorate it. We used a bit of dark orange and yellow for the buns and bright red and yellow for the ketchup and mustard. Finally, we use a few shades of brown for the sausage. However, as we mentioned, there is one way to do it. However, it’s your drawing; feel free to use any color!

Additional toppings, backgrounds, or other foods give you even more color. You can also have fun using your favorite art mediums to complete it! Brighter mediums like acrylic paints or colored pens would help bring out the colors! If you prefer a more understated look, it would also look great. It’s all up to you, and we can’t wait to see what you choose!
